Plug Player problem w playback on Macbook Air 2011

Currently running a macbook air from July 2011

Accessing my pictures and videos from my Asus G73 and the playback does not play and if it does it's extremely choppy.

Anyone experiencing the same problems?

Trying to figure out how to get my $4.99 back through this forum.

Hearing nothing but bad things about this company but tried to be fair and give them a chance.

Video playback is done via quicktime - plugplayer just hands the URL to quicktime, - so if it's choppy, there's a good chance you have some network or server problem.

If you'd like a refund, you'll have to request from from Apple. They handle all sales, so therefore they handle all returns.
