Yes, definitely vote for this one too.

I do not know how this implemented, but ratings can be a tag within the file or only stored in the DB of the server. If possible PP should support reading from and saving to file too.

I do not see a way for this to be done without explicit support from the server, which as far as I can tell none of them provide.
