Hide/Show functionality for Server/Renderer

It would be very helpful, if there is a way to define an Hide/Show functionality for the disagreeable Server or Renderer.
I have a lot of devices like PCs, Notbooks, and so on. So, every time i have to scroll and pick the right server from the "long" list.
