I just purchased PP for android. i cant even start to use it, as everytime I open the app it just said 'error code 10' and closed the app. my phone is Galaxy SII.
This is a licensing error. Typically this is either caused by a problem with Googles servers, or by installing the app on a device that is not licensed.
Did you purchase PlugPlayer via your phone? Or through the market on the web? What happens if you delete it and re-install it from the market app on your phone?
I confirmed having purchased the app from android market via my phone. I did uninstall it and reinstalled, just to find that the problem remains. What to do ?

My android version is 2.3.6 that came with the phone. I didn't make any changes on firmware. Baseband version i9100DXKL1 Kernel version 2.6.35.7-I9100DXKL3-CL814816 root@DELL137 #2 Build number GINGERBREAD.DXKL3
Not sure why google is saying that you are not licensed but lets you download the app. Please email me (howard@plugplayer.com) and I'll try to get someone from google to fix this.
